World's First 1Nm³/h 22MPa AEM Electrolyzer Released

Wuxi Delinhai Zero Carbon Technology Co., Ltd, the exhibitor at China International Gas Industry Expo (CIGIE 2024), released the first 1Nm³/h 22MPa AEM Electrolyzer in the world.

Using anion exchange membrane, instead of rare precious metals, the performance of the newly released electrolyzer is approximate to PEM electrolyzer, and the cost is expected to equal to ALK electrolyzer, which makes it suitable for large-scale commercial applications.

In addition, the electrolyzer can effectively reduce the dependence on compressor in water electrolysis process, thus reducing the equipment cost, and significantly improving the production efficiency of green hydrogen.

In structure design, the newly released electrolyzer adopts innovative sealing and high-strength pole frame, which solves the air tightness and safety problem that may occur in the process of high-voltage electrolysis, as well as the mechanical strength and life of the membrane electrode, realizing the long and stable operation under the pressure of 6-22MPa.
